Standard Service Package

  • Degrease and wash, re-lube drive train
  • Chain wear check
  • Check & adjust if necessary, derailleurs, brakes
  • Check torque on every external screw, nut, bolt
  • Inflate tyres
  • Check & adjust headset & stem torque
  • True wheels if required
  • Service report – incl’ all work undertaken and any recommendations.

Standard Plus Service Package

  • Degrease and wash, re-lube drive train
  • Chain wear check
  • Check & adjust if necessary, derailleurs, brakes
  • Check torque on every external screw, nut, bolt
  • Inflate tyres
  • Rotate tyres
  • Replace rim tapes
  • Check & adjust headset and stem torque
  • Check upper & lower headset bearings
  • Clean out & re-apply grip compound in stem / steerer and seatpost / frame
  • True wheels if required
  • Service freewheel assembly
  • Service report – incl’ all work undertaken and any recommendations.

Complete Service Package

  • Insert chain easy link
  • Chain wear check
  • Check & adjust if necessary, derailleurs, brakes

  • Inflate tyres
  • Rotate tyres
  • Replace rim tapes
  • Check and align rear derailleur
  • Check, clean & service bottom bracket
  • Re-tape handlebars (subject to colours avail)
  • Check & adjust headset & stem torque

Boxing (for the bicycle tourist)

  • Pick up your boxed bike (from interstate or overseas travel)
  • Build (We can also store your bike box or bag)
  • De-grease, wash, lubricate & polish
  • You ride it around Adelaide for the duration of your stay…
  • We pick up your bike again
  • De-grease, wash lubricate & polish
  • Re-box & return to you before you leave

Corporate Service

$85

(For 3 bikes or more at place of employment)

  • Each bike gets the “Standard Service Package”!

The Extras…

  • Prices for products supplied by Ride and Shine available on request
  • Price to fit various products do vary and depend on time for fitting etc. We can have a chat when you first tell us what you’re after. Most products like tyres, tubes & bar tape are not charged to fit.
  • Generally, labour costs to fit products over the normal expected time to provide service as listed, charged at $90 per hour.
  • Sundry items such as cable end cutting, cable end ferrules, assembly compound, fibre grip, grease, oils & general workshop consumables included in all packages.
  • Component replacements are Shimano unless a specific manufacturer is required.

     

  • Any required component replacements are undertaken only after consultation with the customer and subject to availability.

     

  • Generally, cables, cable housing, brake pads, cassettes, chains, bar tape and other accessories are held in stock.

     

  • Tyres, tubes, rim tapes, valves & sealants sold are exclusively Schwalbe
